Annual rules document for the distribution of fishing quota to Scottish vessels and the management of Scottish fishing vessels.

The 2024 version of the Quota Management Rules will be delayed in publication until the Additional Quota Consultation outcome has been published. This outcome may require changes to be made to the current version of the rules.
