ANNEX B - AIM, VISION AND VALUES OF THE SCOTTISH EXECUTIVE

The creation of a Scottish Parliament and the establishment of the Scottish Executive heralds a new era in the government of Scotland. The new ways of working which these changes will demand of civil servants will be shaped by a clear statement of aim, vision and values. The statement is:
