HL1 user information (2007 issue)
Following a period of consultation with local authorities, voluntary bodies and other interested parties, the HL1 data collection has been revised with effect from 1 April 2007, taking into account recent changes in legislation and other information needs.
The Revised Questionnaire identifies the information required by the Scottish Government for each homeless application commenced or progressed on or after 1 April 2007.
The Output Specification, for use in developing IT systems, identifies the format of the data which should be sent to the Scottish Government, and the validations which will be used to check the data.
The Guidance Notes are to provide clarification for homelessness caseworkers when completing the return.
