No one should have to work in fear of being attacked or abused. Verbal or physical violence towards people who are working to help the public is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Executive commitment
The Executive in co-operation with the STUC and key stakeholders is committed to tackling verbal and physical violence against workers serving the public.
