Helping Vulnerable Witnesses give Evidence
The Scottish Government's works with other organisations and agencies to help vulnerable witnesses, and progress implementation of the Vulnerable Witnesses Act.
The Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2004 received Royal Assent on 14 April 2004.
