Independent Review of Impact of Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Bill on Judicial Time Commitment
This independent review by Douglas Osler was commissioned to address concerns expressed by the Justice Committee at Stage 1 about the extent to which new functions proposed for the judiciary in the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Bill will require the commitment of additional judicial time to administrative duties, and to quantify that commitment of additional judicial time.
