Terms of Reference: Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL)is responsible for the operation and management of 10 airports Barra, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Inverness, Islay, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh, Tiree and Wick) in the Highlands and Islands and, since 1 December 2007 Dundee Airport.
