Notes:

MHTS consists of 2 distinct parts within a single organisation: the Tribunal, led by a President and comprising of approximately 300 members (part-time public appointments: legal, medical and general members) with responsibility for the judicial functioning of the tribunal hearings. The Administration arm (an Executive Agency), staffed by civil servants managing the "back-office" activities of case-management, hearing scheduling, members support and typical business core operations functions.
