Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges (APUC) Limited is the procurement Centre of Expertise for Scotland's 62 universities and colleges. It is working to establish good procurement practice within Scotland's higher and further education institutions, and increase the sustainable value for money from institutions' procurement expenditure. - providing procurement policy and best practice guidance
