The Consultation, December 2005 - June 2006

• Read the Consultation Paper - the Aquaculture and Fisheries Bill - Consultation Paper and Draft Regulatory Impact Assessment was published in December 2005 and is available to read online or downloaded as a PDF document.
• Read the Analysis of Responses - the Aquaculture and Fisheries Bill - Analysis of Consultation Responses was published in May 2006 and is available to read online or downloaded as a PDF document.
• Read the Scottish Executive Response to Consultation - this document sets out which of the proposals from the consultation will be taken forward and included as measures in the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Bill.
