Government response to AEBC Report 'Crops on
Trial'
The Agriculture & Environment Biotechnology
Commission published its report on GM Farm Scale
Evaluations last September. The report contained a number
of recommendations to the UK Government and the devolved
administrations about future approaches to policy and
research in relation to GM technology. Government has
completed a detailed consideration of the AEBC report and a
full response has now issued on behalf of the Scottish
Executive, the UK Government and the Department of the
Environment in Northern Ireland. The text of the government
