Consultation on carbon capture and storage On June 30, 2008 the UK Government Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform launched a consultation - Towards Carbon Capture and Storage. The Scottish Government is participating in this consultation jointly with the UK Government on licensing arrangements for carbon storage.
