The Work Groups

Five national short life work groups were established, all addressing issues relating to worklessness. The groups planned their work and drafted initial conclusions, whilst bringing in other individuals to the group to review the evidence and the conclusions. The work groups chairs were appointed from outside the Executive. The work groups were:

Low Paid, Low Skilled

Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET)
