Consultation on the approach to implementation of the EU Remedies Directive

DescriptionThe purpose of the European Remedies Directive (2007/66/EC) is to improve the effectiveness of Member States' procedures for reviewing the award of public contracts. The Directive introduces changes to the legal remedies available to suppliers for breaches of EU procurement law. It must be implemented in national legislation by 20 December 2009. This consultation seeks feedback on the implementation of the Directive in Scots law.
