Enhancing Sexual Wellbeing in Scotland: A Sexual Health and Relationships Strategy: Proposal to the Scottish Executive

Acknowledgements

A number of sub-groups were established to focus on specific areas. We are very grateful to the members of these groups for their time, expertise and enthusiasm.

Thanks are due to colleagues from the Scottish Executive, who provided information and guidance on policy matters and other issues relevant to the strategy development process.

Thanks are also extended to all those who contributed during the strategy development and as part of the engagement exercise which was carried out to inform the development of the strategy. These contributions provided vital information on local experience and challenges faced by those working to improve sexual health in Scotland and their visions for the way forward.

We gratefully acknowledge the support and helpful comments received from colleagues in the Sexual Health and Wellbeing Learning Network, Healthy Respect partners, NHS Health Scotland and the Scottish Executive throughout the development this strategy. Particular thanks go to Gerrie Douglas-Scott for her guidance on the readability of the document, Diane Wright of NHS Health Scotland for her support in administration and co-ordination throughout the process, Sharon Wilson of NHS Health Scotland for the final formatting, and to colleagues in the NHS Health Scotland Glasgow Office for their ongoing support.
